Horse Boarding & Services

Full Care Includes:

Stalls - $500     (Main Barn & East Barn stalls)
              $585     (Double Stalls and Stalls with Runs)
              $470     (West Barn - with runs)

• Overnight Stay - $25 per day (Availability limited, please call ahead.)

• Feeding & Watering - Twice daily
• Stalls Cleaned - 5 times per week
• Alfalfa Hay & Shavings
• 24/7 Security Cameras
• 24/7 Access for Adults
  • All children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent after 8pm.
• Use of all facilities
  • Indoor Arena

  • 3 large turn-out paddocks

  • Lounge (heated & cooled) - with Restrooms

• Does NOT include turnout or water bucket cleaning - you can pay an extra fee for this.

Prices and Rules:

• Non-Boarder Use of Facilities - Not Available
• Overnight Stay - $25 per day (Availability limited, please call ahead.)
• Board due on 1st of every month.
  • $25 late fee applies after the 1st
  • $25 fee for returned checks
• Must give 30 day notice from the 1st of the month when vacating stall.
• Owner agrees to have the horse(s) wormed, vaccinated and shod/trimmed on a regular schedule.
• All riders must sign a liability release (signed by a parent, if rider is a minor) before riding at Vista.
• All minors under the age of 18 MUST wear a helmet.  No exceptions!
• If you need a tack room, repairs on your stall, etc. - Call Steve or leave a note in the rent box.
